SIBU, 23 May 2025 – The second edition of the WAK Sibu Festival, scheduled to take place from June 6 to 8, promises an exciting lineup of arts, cultural, and lifestyle activities.

The official programme was unveiled during a press conference at Wisma Sanyan here, presided over by Deputy Chairman of the Sibu Municipal Council (SMC), Cr. Mohammed Abdullah Izkandar Roseley.

Following the success of its 2024 debut, WAK Sibu Festival continues its mission of illuminating the town through creativity, community, and collaboration. Once again, the Sibu Heritage Centre will serve as the heart of the festival, where three days of concerts, exhibitions, interactive workshops, marketplaces, and cultural performances will take place. Admission is FREE to the public, except for selected ticketed events.

With a stellar lineup of artists and performers from Kuching, Kuala Lumpur, and beyond, this year's programme aims to introduce the Sibu community to a broader spectrum of artistic disciplines and experiences.
