STB honoured with 3 World Business Outlook awards for 2026

KUCHING, 21 March 2026: The Sarawak Tourism Board has achieved three major accolades at the World Business Outlook Awards 2026, namely the Best Tourism Board for Destination Marketing Malaysia 2026, Excellence in Sustainable Tourism Promotion Malaysia 2026 and Leading Regional Tourism Promotion Agency Malaysia 2026, which will be formally presented at the Pullman Bangkok on November 15, 2026.

This milestone places Sarawak firmly among the world’s leading destinations shaping the future of tourism. Presented by Singapore-based World Business Outlook, the awards recognise organisations that actively transform the industry and redefine standards through innovation, sustainability and leadership, and reflects STB’s journey of years of focused strategy, disciplined execution and a destination that has grown with purpose, clarity and conviction. 

The awards ceremony this November 2026 will see a gathering of global industry leaders, policymakers and innovators under the theme ‘Rewarding the Ultimate Business Excellence’. As one of the most anticipated global award platforms, the World Business Outlook Awards will see over 250 attendees across industries, from finance and technology to healthcare and education.
