KUCHING, 6 January 2026: We recently had the opportunity to check out and preview some of Damai Lagoon Resort’s upcoming offerings for Chinese New Year’s Eve, which include the Dynasty Delights and Eternal Blossom Set Dinners, as well as the Buffet Dinner.
This year, Damai Lagoon Resort invites all to celebrate CNY Eve in a setting of grandeur and togetherness! The Dynasty Delights Set Dinner (priced at RM688+ per set of 5 – 6 pax) and the Eternal Blossom Set Dinner (priced at RM1,298+ per set of 10 pax) offers a thoughtfully curated feast in honour of tradition, joy and new beginnings at the resort’s grand Puteri Ballroom.
We had the pleasure of tasting the Eternal Blossom Set Dinner during our visit, which comprised the Salmon Yee Sang, Appetiser Platter, Salted Prawns, Roasted Duck, Assam Fish, Yam Basket with Sea Cucumber, Seafood Fried Rice, Fish Lips Soup, and for dessert, Snow Fungus Soup.
Each dish serves refined flavours with grace and indulgence, set in the grandeur of the Puteri Ballroom. Our favourites were the Yam Basket - delightfully crispy on the outside and deliciously tender inside, as well as the Salted Prawns.
Besides culinary offerings, Damai Lagoon Resort is also offering the Fortune Gallop Holiday packages for stays between 17 and 19 February 2026! Inclusive of breakfast for 2, guests will have the option between the 2D1N stay or the 3D2N stay, with early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability).
