Sarawak is proud to showcase its very best at the Sarawak Mega Fair 2025, which is happening at Suntec City Atrium Convention Centre and Tower 1 & 2 this October 16 to 19, 2025 from 11am to 10pm!
Designed to go beyond a traditional exhibition, the Fair comprises 2 major segments: the Business Conference & Trade Exhibition happening October 16 to 17 and the Sarawak Carnival & Gastronomy happening October 16 to 19. Both segments will effectively position Sarawak as both a trade partner and a destination of choice for Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.
Organised by the Sarawak government through the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore, the vibrant Sarawak Carnival and Gastronomy will provide a comprehensive picture of Sarawak’s diverse offerings, from exclusive travel promotions and vibrant cultural experience to live cooking sessions, free samples and your very own cuddly Sarawak Laksa! Open to the public, as well as government officials, investors and industry stakeholders part of the B2B Conference, visitors will have the chance to immerse themselves into Sarawak’s rich cultural heritage, distinctive cuisine and unique tourism experiences.

From traditional cultural performances and artisan demonstrations, the carnival serves as a platform to strengthen collaboration with tourism partners while inspiring visitors to discover Sarawak’s natural beauty and cultural richness. With over 50 exhibitors taking part in the Sarawak Carnival and Gastronomy, this is your chance to immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, flavours and warmth of Sarawak in Singapore!

Gastronomy
This is for the food enthusiasts! The gastronomy portion of the carnival will be taking part at Suntec Atrium Tower 1 & 2, where visitors can look forward to tasting unique Sarawakian dishes! Sarawakian chefs and homegrown business will be the at the forefront of the fair, with several stalls doing live cooking and over 30 booths offering samples and more!

Carnival
The carnival portion will take place at Suntec Atrium Convention, bringing together over 50 exhibitors including travel agents, product owners and artisans, which offers a comprehensive glimpse into Sarawak’s eco-tourism, cultural traditions and off-the-beaten-track experiences.
Besides enjoying the taste of Sarawak Laksa and other signature dishes like Kolo Mee and Kek Lapis, carnival-goers will also have the chance to bring home a cute, plush version! The Manchal Laksa Sarawak plushie by Sarawak Tourism Board brings to life a cuddly rendition of the well-loved dish, complete with vermicelli, prawns, chicken strips and more!

The Carnival will also include authentic cultural performances throughout the 4-day event, like live sape (traditional lute of the Orang Ulu) and keringot (nose flute) music sessions, indigenous dances as well as live artisan demonstrations like traditional tattooing and weaving of heritage songket textile. Visitors can also join in on the Sarawak Unity Dance, performed to ‘Bekikis Bulu Betis’, a deeply loved Iban song by Andrewson Ngalai that is frequently played at local gatherings and celebrations. Other engaging highlights include photo opportunities with Sarawak’s warrior and maidens, trivia games and chances to win exclusive Sarawak-themed souvenirs.
