KUCHING, 15 July 2026: Riverside Majestic Hotel’s River Palace Cantonese Restaurant will be launching its new Dim Sum Lunch menu this July 22, offering guests an authentic halal Cantonese dining experience featuring handcrafted dim sum prepared by Master Dim Sum Chef, Chef Billy Leong.

We had the chance to try out some of the menu highlights yesterday afternoon with other media personnel and KOLs, as part of River Palace’s ‘An Afternoon of Exquisite Dim Sum’ media preview. The dim sum we tried include Barbecue Chicken Bun, Rice Flour Roll with Oyster Sauce, Crystal Prawn Dumplings, Deep Fried Chicken Taro Rissole, Fish Fillet Congee with Crab Meat, Deep-fried Vegetable Spring Roll, Steamed Chicken Siu Mai with Shrimp, Wok-fried Radish Cake with Dried Scallop Sauce and Chilled Seasonal Durian Pancake. Our favourites were the wonderfully crispy Chicken Taro Rissole and the Durian Pancake, which were deliciously packed with flavour.
