HSL’s first-ever property expo happening until Oct 5

KUCHING, 1 October 2025: Hock Seng Lee’s first-ever Property Expo is still ongoing! Happening at La Promenade Mall until October 5, the HSL Property Expo offers promotions and discounts across all projects, from the established gated residences of La Promenade to Jigsaw, the developer’s first condominium.
The expo features discounts of up to RM18,000 and 25% off home-furnishing packages. At Samariang Aman 3, a 310-acre township in Petra Jaya, buyers will find discounts starting from RM5,000 on soon-to-be-completed homes. At La Promenade, HSL’s flagship 200-acre gated community, discounts are up to RM18,000.
“For HSL’s first condominium, Jigsaw, we are proud to offer two furnishing packages. There is a Standard package at 25% off, and a Designer package at 20% off. Buyers will have most of their kitchen cabinetry and wardrobes built by our team, and key appliances—such as a refrigerator and television—plus luxury essentials like memory-foam mattresses included. It is essentially a turnkey condo,” said Angie Joan, assistant property sales manager.
The expo also brings together banking partners to provide end-financing consultations and on-the-spot guidance. New launches, including Vista Industrial Park’s three-storey units with built-in heavy-duty lifts, are on show, alongside rebates and deals from retail partners.
“Our aim is to make the expo a one-stop centre for property needs,” said Senior Property Development General Manager, Tay Chiok Kee. “Beyond promos and discounts, we are working with tenants such as Siong How Exclusive, Oppein, Hoan Gallery, AsahiLove (a bridal and photo studio) and Kuasada (a landscaping company) to extend savings to visitors.”
Visitors will also get a first look at HSL’s pipeline, with updates to be shared on Langit, HSL’s collaboration with Singapore’s CapitaLand for a mixed-use high-rise comprising a hotel and condominiums, and on AIR, the masterplan competition organised with the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM).
“We will also preview elements of the La Promenade Mall extension and two future phases within the 200-acre gated residences: a follow-up to Precinct Grande, tentatively named Precinct One with duplexes and bungalows, and a block of townhouses that will be among our most affordable offerings,” Tay said.
The expo runs concurrently with the La Promenade Oktoberfest and will culminate with the opening of a new resort-style duplex on Oct 4. Daily lucky draws and giveaways are scheduled, with children’s colouring contests, magic shows, and live music from 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
“We plan to make the HSL Property Expo an annual fixture—much like our Oktoberfest, launched in 2022—and to grow it into a highlight of Sarawak’s property calendar,” Tay said.
