KUCHING, 24 February 2026: Hilton Kuching’s annual Ramadan Buffet at the Grand Ballroom officially kicked off yesterday under the theme ‘Meriahnya Ramadan, Diraikan Bersama’, and we were lucky enough to be invited!
This cultural feast is a long-standing Ramadan tradition of Hilton Kuching, and is designed to bring more people together in a refined and comfortable setting – a preferred choice for corporate gatherings, government functions and group dining in Kuching. Inspired by cherished traditions and thoughtfully prepared for an evening of reflection, connection and togetherness, this year’s buffet pays tribute to traditional Malay gastronomy, featuring a lavish array of festive spreads inspired by classic flavours, spices and ingredients, accentuated by Hilton Kuching’s contemporary culinary approach.
From Mee Rebus Kambing Johor and Roti John Leleh to Salmon Kebab and Steam-Baked New Zealand Spiced Whole Lamb Kabsah, there is plenty to look forward to at Hilton Kuching’s Grand Ballroom Ramadan Buffet.
