Mohd Hanif and Chef De Cuisine Gedang Jetom, the menu features dishes that are not just more affordably priced, but are of great quality and taste as well!
Enjoy sumptuous selections like Slow Smoked Barbecued Beef Back Ribs, for which they use high quality beef for richness in flavour. The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender while the BBQ sauce has the perfect amount of tang to cut through the richness of the beef. It comes served on a bed of creamy mash potatoes and a side of fresh garden mixed lettuce and edamame beans. Their Pulled Smoked Beef Sliders is an ensemble of smoked pulled beef, tomato, lettuce and sweet onions in a soft and fragrant homemade sesame bun.
