Topspot Food Court – Topspot is the number one choice for Kuchingites whenever it comes to a seafood night out. There’s plenty of seafood stalls to choose from at this food court. My Village Barok – This restaurant is famous for its traditional and village-style concept. Some foods you’ll want to try are nasi ayam ketok, linut, and traditional snacks such as bahulu and serabai. There’s also a traditional show put on by the Malay Boyan villagers if you come here on the weekends.

Lepau – Lepau serves genuine Dayak cuisine in a lovely ambiance reflecting the traditional Kayan ‘kampung’ farm-hut. Be sure to try their manok pansoh, terung asam soup, and fried tempoyak with anchovies, all served together with Bario brown rice wrapped in isip leaf.

Mee Kolok Mangkuk Merah – Probably the best halal mee kolok sold from late-night onwards in Kuching. Served in their iconic red bowl (mangkuk merah) with a unique spicy sambal soy sauce. You can customise the amount of noodle or beef according to your appetite.

Go Fun Kee Bak Kut Teh Jalan Rock – Known for its delicious Bak Kut Teh, Go Fun Kee has several chain outlets all over Kuching. The Jalan Rock outlet is one of the main ones.
